At Ozler, we strive to provide our customers with premium quality perfumes and a seamless shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy to ensure fairness and hygiene.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Returnable Products: Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you must provide an unboxing video with the original packaging to initiate a claim.
  • Tampered Packages: If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform our customer care immediately.
Refund Request Process:
  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
  2. Email us at Info@ozlerperfume.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”
  3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-15 business days (depending on the payment method).
Refund Exclusions:
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • COD refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 4-7 working days after approval.
Lost Orders:
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, report it to customer care within 3 days of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    • In rare cases of transit damage (leakage, broken bottles, or missing items), an exchange can be initiated after verification.
Return Request Process:
  1. Contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving a damaged product.
  2. Provide necessary proof (images/videos).
  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Used, opened, or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch:
    • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
    • A 2.5% gateway charge will be deducted.
  • After Dispatch:
    • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
    • If returned to the seller, Rs. 75 will be deducted for processing (for prepaid orders).
  • Refund Processing Time:
    • For paid orders, refunds will be processed within 15 business days after cancellation approval.
