Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Products: Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you must provide an unboxing video with the original packaging to initiate a claim.
Tampered Packages: If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform our customer care immediately.
Refund Request Process:

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-15 business days (depending on the payment method).
Refund Exclusions:
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Lost Orders:
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, report it to customer care within 3 days of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.

Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
A 2.5% gateway charge will be deducted.
After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
If returned to the seller, Rs. 75 will be deducted for processing (for prepaid orders).
